I looked at the details of the converted aircraft. My impression is the 744s with the new F tend to fly JFK-FRA, EWR-FRA, MIA-FRA and LAX-FRA. I don't know how likely it is to get an aircraft with the new F on a given route.

NewbieRunner posted contains the registration numbers of the converted aircraft. You would have to do the research on flight24.com to see what your chances would be from a specific gateway.
