Whatever happened to the analysis saying that sub-fleets are EXPENSIVE to run? Not only they're getting a bunch of new types, which by itself adds to complexity, but they're making the 763s, which not too long ago were converted into a single fleet, into two fleets (the 2006 J and the 2014 J)? And they recently split the 757 fleet into two (with the creation of the 75L)?
The old 763s are going to be retired. Thats why they aren't being converted.
