I am a 23 y/o graduate student and I will be visiting Puerto Rico next month for a week to conduct research on my thesis. I am trying to make my stipend go as far as possible and was wondering if anybody knew any AWDs that would waive the under 25 surcharge since this is one of the largest fees.
