Chicken, sweet corn and pommery mustard salad

Sauteed beef with Beijing scallion, steamed jasmine rice and Chinese long cabbage with dried bean curd slices

Braised chicken with tomato muschroom sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots

Bow tie pasta with chilli tomato concasse

Breakfast
Seasonal fresh fruit

Smoked salmon egg souffle with Hollandaise sauce, streaky bacon, potato wedges, sauteed spinach and cherry tomato
