Banh Cuon is a tough dish to make and it has a short shelf life. It's only good when made to order, that's why you don't see many restaurants have this dish. This is a northern specialty, so if you are in the States, it's hard to find. There are couple
variations of this dish too. The perfect blended Nuoc Cham (dipping sauce of Nuoc Mam) can make or break this dish. BTW, wiki is probably done by someone from the south because people from the north don't eat this dish with slide cucumber or sprouts :-)
