I can confirm that they are still dropping leading zeros from zip/postal code. I have two of those, and maybe that's why I only got my card this Monday when others in the latest batch seemed to get theirs last week.

They still dropping the left-zeros on postal code. Probably, it is a system bug.
Could you can add some space or special character like *?
