• Does JAL codeshare flights operated by other carriers considered as JAL Group flights for FOP calculation?

Yes. For example, FOPs earned on JL7015 flight from LAX to NRT operated by American Airlines will be counted towards FOPs earned on JAL Group flights as long as your ticket is JL-coded.
