from a Hampton Inn checkin since March 27? Maybe the TopGuest guy is not correct that the programs page is accurate and it really is the T&C page that has the right info...

I wonder if it is having a Hampton Inn check-in that stops the TG points from being delivered, whether lots of Hamptons or just one Hampton along with Doubletree check-ins.
In my case, I was in another city and stayed in a Hampton Inn instead of my usual Doubletree stop-bys. Soon after, the points stopped posting. [Odder still, I went to HHonors to check the date of my Hampton TG point posting . . . it has left the building and is no longer listed as part of my activity!]
Please let us know what Hilton tells you. I'd like some hope before I contact them myself!
