For the e-ticket PDF, I have to ask him for that tomorrow and check. Thanks for your information!

But I wonder if he has an e-ticket because he paid for the ticket at an Emirates office. What he showed me about the fare rules was a hard copy. The quoted clause was typed word by word but not direct copy-and-paste from a PDF file.

Let me ask him anyway.
