I understand though a few people have a cookie problem with submitting two cons. apps, hence the apply, clear cookies, and reapply in a different browser for good measure.

fool citi into giving you two cards, I will assert to you that you can also use the rose petal and Irish Jig trick instead and have equal, if not more success.
