You can get it next-day'd to you from Citi. Their default shipping method is quite slow (usually 4-10 business days). Default shipping is also inconsistent...applied for Ma then Dad (within an hour), Dad's card got to him 4 days later, Ma's card arrived about 8 or 9 days later.
