Unless you pre-booked the cab ($6.5 extra / $10 during morning peak) or got the black cab.
I did not reserve a cab but might have been a black cab and at 5am you cannot be very picky. With tip it was S$40.
I did the same trip back in February in a non-black cab during the day at it was over S$20 and he took the same route.
