Biggest complaint is the lack of hot tubs! There are 2 by the kids pool, but always filled with kids too young to even be in them. My wife did find a third one near the Tapa tower(?), but was not too impressed with it either. With 1300 rooms, I would think they would have a couple more hot tubs, and perhaps some kid free ones too... (maybe we just did not find them?)
There's a hot tub by the pool in the Kalia Tower, which are on the 4th floor, I think. It's rarely crowded since most people don't know it's there unless they are staying in that tower.
