My mothers account is missing the last 5k of the 25K bonus. I called about it this morning and I was told. Her bill last month was only $0.75. You must spend at least $1.00 to get the points.
She got a Sprint PCS phone with included LD and had been using that for her LD. There was never any minimum spending stated during sign up nor with any of the welcome material sent.
Is it time to cancel my Sprint LD, Sprint PCS, Sprint Earthlink and my mothers Sprint LD, Sprint PCS services? I asked the service rep and she said. "I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your services and provide you with the numbers to contact the PCS and Internet divisions! In total that would be over $300.00 per month in revenue lost to Sprint. She was not impressed.
She offered to have a supervisor call me back in 3 days.
