Hi Everyone,

As a frequent reader of FlyerTalk, especially the Mileage Runs Deals Forum, when it came time for a travel-related school project, I figured, what better place to solicit some feedback?

To give you some background, I am currently pursuing an MBA (with a focus on entrepreneurship) and my group has been tasked with designing a product to improve the travel experience. We have decided to target the road warrior's desire to be more productive at the airport and I was hoping to get some feedback regarding your frustrations with trying to be productive while waiting for a flight.

My classmates and I are all working professionals who travel a fair amount but we don't want to limit our observations to just us. I would greatly appreciate any thoughts you all have on the topic.
