I haven't received my miles for 6 months and called MCI to inquire. They said I was on a "Black List" since I have changed phone companies so often. I probably have had 3 LD carriers in the past 3 years. And to boot, an MCI operator said she would switch LD companies too to get the best deals.
I might be wrong but is it stated in writing that the customer cannot switch telephone companies to get a better deal? What kind of company is this?
