Hey all

I currently fly with Delta but have been disenchanted lately, to say the least. On average I fly about 130,000 miles per year... some years more, some less.

I am wanting to move to United. How do I get my status matched? I have written to United through their website but got no reply. So I'm inclined to think I must've written to the wrong department. Does anyone know where I should send my email?

Will they match top tier status? Does United cover hotel rooms even on weather cancellations for the top tiers? Delta does that, which is the SOLE reason I've stayed with them thus far. I've waited to find out United's policy on this when the merge was complete.
