I sent a couple of emails with no response over past month or so, flamed them on Tuesday for a host of issues and today rec'd a comprehensive response and apology from the GS desk addressing the issues raised. Bottom line most of the issues won't be remedied until system fixes are installed (iPad app, upgrade process especially "thru flights"). Confirmed milage posting issues (secondary issue) will be resolved later in the month with a general system fix. My view - front line staff are doing their best, but tools that have been provided quite simply don't support the program as promised or as historically provided.
That was a longstanding issue on PMCO. They were aware of it for a VERY long time, and did nothing to fix it. Some routes I flew regularly I would text a GA or PC to get added to the "local" list since the systems simply dont work. Since they knew of the problem for years and never fixed it my only assumption was that it was intentional (as some GA's have suggested that it was planned to give priority to "local" traffic)
