..yet beyond all of this, the facts (as we know them at least) remain that it was wide open up there, so he was not really bothering anyone... and as someone who flew NRSA for many years, BE is a huge privelge and as long as the paying pax are not doing horrible things to you or the airplane, protocol is to smile and thank CO Woolman's desk that you are sitting there....
