Personally, I don't care what they wear as long as I get friendly, prompt, and professional service!
There are certainly bigger problems, as of late, than copping an attitude about where their loyalty should be. Some of these people are evidently unhappy about having to join forces with another carrier and if they can't get over it maybe they should go back to school to learn another trade!
I'm not happy about this merger, but I'm also not going to let it bother me, either!!!
Having said all that, a uniform is exactly what is means, everyone should be dresses "UNIFORMLY" and intentionally changing the dress code is something that an employer should strictly enforce, and a personal statement should not, even if it's intended to show past pride, be tolerated. This lack of enforcement of these rules starts at the top.
But again, I personally don't care is they come to work in a diaper which would definitely be more fitting!!!
