I've been wondering if these new benefits might result in a phase out of the Citi reduced mileage awards (seems possible, and to some extent, not much of a loss since availability was tied to SAAver awards to limited markets) and offseason awards (seems much less likely as this wasn't a benefit tied to holding a Citi card). I have the Citi Visa card and no status other than OW earned through BA, but I still like the idea of these new benefits.
