Non schengen to Non schengen does not need to clear immigration in Munich.
In F, if on LH metal, you will be able to use the First Class Lounge.
It is quite an easy transfer and gives you a bit of a walk for good exercise.

If you don't have to clear security then you should have plenty of time to enjoy the lounge, particularly as I don't think they'll be boarding your connecting flight from the tarmac. However I have always been required to clear security at FRA after arriving from the US and connecting to Africa (both non-schengen) - but maybe that experience is relevant only to FRA and/or Africa.
Thanks guys. Looks like MUC connection is almost seamless for me to travel to Korea from YUL... just about 2 hours of connection (just ample time for F-lounge) between the flights and the flight departs late from YUL and arrives early in Korea.
