I'm normally a brandy or whisky Mac girl, but have neither in the house, so settled for red wine! Not had / heard of Rumplemintz, what is it?

I've always resorted to whiskey or a double shot of Jägermeister and Rumplemintz, mixed together, which seems to burn, but then do wonders on a sore throat.
