As a former PMCO frequent flyer, I like seeing the former Continental employees taking pride in their previous airline.
As for complaining, the only complaints I have seen in person have been from United ticket/gate agents and flight attendants. "Oh, that's a Continental thing. We don't know how to do that." and "I don't know how to do that, but you should go online and check for yourself." have been common refrains from United people post-merger.
