It is LH F, but ghost availability shouldn't be bookable, right? If I get to the last page of the online process, it seems pretty clear to me that it is bookable.

Good idea! I didn't even think of that. ANA can't see it, but it is bookable online...

Unfortunately, I'm not 1K. The Star desk is great, but maybe they have different availability than the standard MP desk. Maybe I should just try calling Mileage Plus directly and see if they can see it.
