I can't remember which airline I was on, I think Asiana - I was in the aisle seat, guy next to me ordered coffee. He had the cup already on his tray. Instead of taking the cup to fill it in the aisle, the FA reached over me with the hot pitcher of coffee to pour into his cup, which he held in his slightly raised hand. Unseen to the stewardess or me, the flow of the coffee rather than pouring straight out of the pitcher managed to cascade over the side of the pitcher and then back down along the axis of the pitcher, forming a perfect stream of nearly boiling coffee that went directly into my crotch. I was half asleep and woke up when my private parts began to object, only to watch this woman pour about half a cup of coffee into my crotch as she tilted the pitcher further (she was unable to see the stream going down from her point of view). Thank goodness the liquid must have been not quite boiling, because I did not end up with major burns, but it was definitely steaming hot and hurt like hell. I was seatbelted in so it took me a second to move/yell.
