Just got off the phone with MP desk about missing credit for a flight. At first they tried to pin it on me for upgrading, hence the ON code, as if it was my fault

After explaining it was a ticket purchased online, then upgraded, they acknowledged the IT problem with the ON code and told me their IT people have assured them this would be corrected by a "Sweep" on 1 April.
From reading this and other FT threads, I thought the "Sweep" was to occur today (Mar 27), hence my inquiry today.
The agent expressed their frustration with the new system...
