I have tried both Chrome and Firefox, and seeing the same problem. I deleted all cookies, web browsing history, web download history, clear all cache, and disabled ....... plus

If it's too much trouble, can an admin just delete the account? I just want to be able to use the log in name since it's same as my email address.
