Frontier changed my flights

Just received an email from Frontier that they are changing my MCI-MCO flights in June from morning flights to late afternoon. Still direct, so they will have to do, although the original flight times were better. Does anyone have any experience in getting a credit for future travel from the airline to make up for them changing the flight (and still taking the filght)? I still need to take the direct flight, but my frustration is that if I were to change the times, I would be charged a hefty fee for each leg, so shoudln't the airline give me at least a credit for accepting their new (not even close to the original) times? I'm sure someone out there knows a lot more about this than me, or how realistic it is to expect something from the airline for inconveniencing me. Thanks in advance!
