Hi Shannon - I know there's currently no functionality to request missing *A miles online (something I hope is developed for the site in the future), but the link to the missing miles page doesn't even have an e-mail we can send the request to:

My father in law is missing LX flight credit from mid-February still, despite his OP # being on the e-ticket (saw the receipt) and despite sending in a request to the old Mileage Plus email two plus weeks ago. Would really love to help him get them posted, but no idea where to turn next.
