24,000 work out at £399 so getting 33,000 for £399.
That works out (if my calculations are right) 0.0121 per mile.

I'd only buy them at that price if there was a particular flight i was going to book/upgrade in the short-to-medium future and I was sure I was going to save more than the 0.0121 ppm.
