To be quite blunt (bolding above mine) - TOTAL BULL.
Why doesn't IB come clean & say it's not a priority & never will be one.
It's a month later & I still can't access it. Chat has had problems since IB has taken over & it takes forever to get them fixed. FTers mention it; IB serves up pablum & that's it.

And to quote myself from almost 2 months ago:
There is literally no excuse for how many times FT chat fails & for how long (weeks/months) it takes IB to get it sorted - and given they're in the IBB bizness AND they own vBulletin, it's not like they're newbies to the technology.
