If I want a steak, I'll go to the Balkan Grill. If I want fish, I'll go to the Balkan Seafood. Similar in style, perhaps, but offering entirely different menus. And, rest assured, if I have a problem with either meal, I'll send my opinion to the kitchen right away.

Balkan Grill knew the manager of the
Balkan Seafood had stolen all his clients by whatever means, he'd be nuts to let you near the place is my first thought. Certainly not let you in for free food when and if it suited you. Luckily, I do not own any restaurants.
I am rather surprised that as an acknowledged ring leader/initiator of the apparently squeeky clean, moderated cloisters over at moremiles, that your FlyerTalk ID at the left of your post labels all the rest of us apparent yokels still here as

And weird you should for some reason post about the Balkan Seafood Restaurant in Sydney as your example. I took
Randy Petersen for dinner there, quite literally. Rather Freudian isn't it? And Randy, being a real Gentleman, did not send any opinion whatever to the kitchen about HIS meal. 'Food for thought', to use a rather apt pun.
And for anyone wondering WHAT on earth we are referring to here, (or sadly don't want to think this thread is about anything other than seafood) here is a review -
