Slight Headway?
Well...I finally reached an 1k agent who helped redeposit a missing upgrade. My wait time on hold was only 1 hour--an improvement--to get the issue resolved. She also said she credited my account for two missing flights on 3/2 and 3/4. Hopefully, they will show up. My flight from 3/17 already posted. I am still skeptical about the upgrade process, as I was not upgraded this week on 2 flights where I am ALWAYS upgraded. Spent some time talk to FA on board, at the gate, and the United Club. Everyone is very frustrated and very vocal about it.
