United hasn't offered us a bonus option of taking their online statements in lue of paper ones. United's statements often come with may coupon offerings and discounts from marketing partners. I'm wondering if any of you that have received online statement options have been told you will still get these offers (maybe by printing out coupons directly from your computer or something)?

Also, would your newsletter be electronic?

Those would be the things I would be concerned about.

One of the drawbacks of United's new Electonic Timetable, for example, is that it doesn't include all of the ancillary information (such as complete seat maps, Mileage Plus info, breaking marketing news, etc) that the paper version does.

Before I elected the electronic option, I'd want to be assured I wasn't going to be missing out on anything.
