I had a problem with wait list F segments, they showed online as being cleared however when I went to select seats I was offered a paid upgrade!! I too had difficulty contacting UA however I PMed Shannon UAInsider and she fixed the problem within an hour.
Whilst I too can appreciate all the frustration fellow flyers are having with UA at the moment from my perspective it was wonderful to have somebody from UA look and fix the problem so quickly. I now feel as if I want to support by UA through this integration. Big thank you to Shannon!!
