Another wait. Had a three way with MP and ticketing agent. Put on hold MP came back and said I had applied 4 SWUs. (???) I said no I had called and had another agent apply two GPUs to the trip. Hold again. Yes MP said she could see that. Dead air. The agent intercedes and ask MP if they could put the two GPUs back into my account. MP said she would ask her supervisor. MP returns and said she did it. Agent and I logged back into my account and saw them. I'm glad things are getting better.
Thanks for the heads-up. I'm booking the same itinerary right now. At least I know the hoops.
