While I'm sure the OP will likely receive some miles, they are not entitled to them...given that they are a PM, no refund would be warranted.
If you had reserved an EC seat to which you are entitled as a DM, and it was changed with zero notice to you, and you ended up in normal Y, would you complain?

DL can stuff it's T&C. Contracts of adhesion are not enforceable.
