For the first time in 2 years, I have NOT cleared to the C cabin on p.s. JFK-SFO (Thursday's 0389). I've never had trouble clearing this route before, even at busy times. I find it hard to believe that many Globals were ahead of me and/or that many bought out First and Business.

I'm also waitlisted on my return flight this Sunday. I feel like a 2P all over again. I just find it hard to believe this is not a system change-related issue.

I have very low expectations for tomorrow's flight. Hopefully I'll have a familiar crew to b*tch and moan with over drinks.


Confirmed issues related to systems change:
•.Boarding Group prints as 1 (I'm GS)
•.Received my new MP card 1.5 weeks late; and it's for 1K, not GS
• phone line forces us to listen to a man blab on and on about how wonderful MileagePlus is; before the change over, I rarely even heard the GS phone line ring.
•.when I do get an agent on the GS line, they have very limited control and access to information about what's going on. I feel bad for them.
