A UA spokesperson said in a conversation at a recent DO, that on certain flights or in certain markets, EUA was programmed not to deplete the entire R/RN inventory when it ran, especially during the first few "sweeps." Which would mean there is a separate, invisible fare bucket (or a glass-ceiling limit) on EUAs (now CPUs).
