If you see the waitlisted segments, then you are waitlisted for the flight. If you are waitlisted for Y-C or Y-F (Domestic), R or RN should be your waitlisted class of service. If you are waitlisted for C-F on 3 Cabin Int, ON should be your waitlisted class of serviced.
I just called to have my reservations that are reflecting (ON) on domestic upgrade legs changed to reflect (R) fare class. These are all paid tickets, and upgraded using RPU/GPU instruments.
Agent needed to go to support desk to get it done, but the hold time wasn't too long.
