While I certainly appreciate the entertainment value, I just endured a TATL flight in Y (UA51, 777) where the guy behind me did not know the difference between touching and poking. - Eight very long hours.
Nothing to be done. No request honored. Even the instructions from the FA who saw me being jolted around were to no avail. No other seat available.
Airlines (all of you). Please use non-touch screen LCDs in the seat backs. You are keeping the remotes for games anyway. Make this the mode of entry.
I would much rather have this then the infant in arms that kicked my seat for hours on Sunday. I also get bonus points for the non-stop crying as well.
