You have done everything correctly.
This looks like a system connectivity issue -- if you use the [Awards-Upgrade/UA] Method to check Availability, you will see that it is showing L0 for your return flights:
Can you please clarify:
- what do you mean by system connectivity issue? I tried the awards/upgrade search, and the return availability search again, and get different results?
- are you suggesting I should be using the Awards-Upgrade search instead of the Availability search, even though I'm looking for regular cash fares? Always, or under what circumstances?
