UA has handled the switchover terribly; they were clearly unprepared for the complex nature of all of the existing reservations when bundled together, and have been ridiculously slow to make helpful announcements where they belong; on their website and as a message in the phone queue instead of MP Visa offers. They have not been able to add resources to deal with problems, as evidenced by the fact that a week in to the switchover, existing reservations, upgrades, and CS phone lines are still a mess.
