Historically, Chase is usually easier than Citi to get a biz card with. Certainly their reconsideration process is easier in the event of an initial denial. I got approved when my business was very small and very little revenue. I did have to answer many questions. If you want to see the type of questions they asked me, you can read more about it

The questions they asked me seem to be pretty standard and match up with other's reports as well. Good luck if you go for it. It is an awesome card!
