I am having the same issue but have found it impossible to get through to Contact Centers.

I am not sure how to PM to UA Insider, can someone help? Thanks.
Do you have status? I called tonight for the first time (as a 1K though) and got through in less than 1 minute.

I'm curious at the wait time for a general member.
