Hi, your issue sounds similar or the same as the one I posted on Page 108 of the thread. I actually found that the PQMs were added, then a separate entry deducting them, like this (XXXX) was made yesterday. So, the total PQMs on the landing page in "My Account" appears as if they had never been added in the first place.

I added that to the list of stuff for UAInsider to look at.

It seems as if it may affect many people. I'm actually comforted to see you report it too. It may be yet another glitch.
