the key now is that even if Cartera puts the missing miles into your shopping acct like they should have long ago, now these miles need to move to the airline. And like with mine, this could take forEVAHHHH or never even happen! And if it does, you now need to get the airline to credit in late miles for the bonus. Assuming you have the 3 transactions=1k miles thing for a moment, what if you had say, 11 transactions already in your UA acct... 3 would get 1k each so you would have 3k bonus, but those other 2 transactions are sitting there loose. But if these above cartera miles make it in, will UA now seamlessly combine the 2+1 new? If they do not, that is a problem, but in my opinion, that problem began with Cartera. So they should pay out for this!

They weren't happy with me when I posted the CS manager's full contact details in here either. But I gotta say: If he cant fix these problems, he deserves that to happen to him.
If I did this to all of you and someone put my number up, I would fix everything for you and fast! But that's just how I'd run my businesses. Cartera can do it there way as long as they get away with it.
