As for eating a good meal before the flight, I find the food in TPR to be very average. Menu
sounds great, but I just don't see it translating into what i actually eat.
Can't remember that last time I flew F (2008 I think) since SQ stopped doing F op-ups. But the same is true in J. Cold stuff is generally better. At least I do mostly red-eyes so it's mostly academic. But I have a daytime MEL-SIN & SIN-MEL next week. It would be nice if things improved! And it would be great if they ran out of that bloody D'Arenberg chardonnay too!
