If so, it is once again on Cartera to make things right.
Even though now UA is lallygagging on the work on their end, they DO only have control over what is in front of them. While Cartera may have told us that same sort of thing as well (ie, send us spread sheets of transactions you did so we can go to the vendors) I think it is a little different.
The 53k relates to.....wait for it.....absolutely nothing as far as I can tell. It doesn't correspond to any one retailer, it doesn't relate at all to things that actually posted without manual intervention by Cartera.... All of my transactions basically posed before the new year, so plenty of time before the sweep seems to have occurred. As far as I can tell, it is a completely random number that UA pulled out of a hat. All 1102 transactions are now clearly visible in my account so they really don't have a leg to stand on here....
